Creating your Future!
Studying at The Bristol Language Centre will help you to prepare for Higher Education in the UK. The Bristol Language Centre offers a range of programmes which will ensure that you are well prepared for your further studies. You can study General or Intensive English, IELTS, or EAP at the school to prepare you for a course at a UK university. The length of many of these courses can be adapted to suit your needs.

University of Bristol
The University of Bristol University is one of the UK's and World's top universities. The Bristol Language Centre is recognised by the University of Bristol and has been formally approved and trained to provide advice and counselling on its programmes and to assist with applications to the university.

Example 1
You arrive in the UK in mid-July and start classes with The Bristol Language Centre. You may already have a confirmed place at a UK university but would like to improve your English language and study skills before starting the course. After 6 weeks of Intensive English language tuition you go on to your chosen university programme.

Example 2
You arrive in the UK at the beginning of June with a conditional offer from a university. You study a 12 week intensive IELTS and academic study skills course before taking the IELTS exam at the end of August. Provided you achieve the required IELTS score you start university in September.

Example 3
You have received a conditional offer from a university or you have decided that you need to spend a year in the UK, to improve your English and your academic study skills before going on to university the following September. You will have the opportunity to improve your English and study skills, as well as learn to adapt to life in the UK. If required we will assist with guidance on university courses and applications. If you achieve the required IELTS score you can progress onto your chosen course the following September.
